Experience That Brings Clarity and Confidence

With 30 years in the automotive industry, Gregg Godinez brings a depth of experience to Phoenix Auto Repair that customers immediately feel. As a Service Advisor, Gregg’s role goes beyond scheduling repairs—he helps customers understand their vehicles, their options, and the best path forward with confidence and clarity.

Gregg’s long career has equipped him with the ability to explain complex vehicle systems in a way that’s easy to understand. He knows that auto repairs can feel overwhelming, and he takes pride in breaking things down so customers never feel pressured or confused.

Helping Customers Make Informed Decisions

Every customer comes in with different concerns, priorities, and reservations. Gregg approaches each situation by carefully listening and recognizing what needs immediate attention versus what can be planned for later. That thoughtful, honest guidance allows customers to make informed decisions that fit both their vehicle’s needs and their comfort level.

What truly sets Gregg apart is his ability to actively listen. By understanding what customers are worried about—and why—he builds trust and creates a repair experience that feels collaborative rather than transactional.

Master-Level Knowledge, Continual Growth

Gregg is a Certified ASE Master Technician, a distinction that reflects decades of technical expertise. Even in a service advisor role, that hands-on knowledge allows him to communicate accurately between customers and technicians. He continues to sharpen his skills through ongoing training, using that education daily to better serve customers.

Outside of work, Gregg enjoys fishing and hiking with his dog and family, and he has a deep love for reading—especially spending time reading with his granddaughter. His favorite quote is “The years teach much which the days never knew.”
