DALLAS: 1 year old male Pitbull.
He is a sweet silly handsome playful pup with a fun personality. He’s friendly- he likes to meet and say hi to everyone. He is high energy and can run/play for hours. He is still learning, socializing and is a quick learner- pretty smart baby! He loves peanut butter and is a great incentive for him. A big ol cuddly teddy bear! He will keep you on your toes.
He does well with kids and other dogs- he doesn’t seem to be a “pack” dog and he can be a little rough when playing, but means no harm at all in play. No cats. He is potty trained and HATES his crate. He is like whoduni, he will escape escape escape and escape.
Dallas likes to play with a rope ball- he does not like to be around other dogs when doing ball play. Everyone has their own ball and he wants everyone else’s. So, he has to be separated from the other dogs while playing ball. He would love a play friend that matches his energy. He is quick to warm up to others and make friends.- he’s also jumpy and loves to have your attention.
Dallas will need someone who will be patient, extra loving and give him praise. He is a handsome guy with a great personality who is sooo sweet and happy. He’s an innocent playful pup ready to give his unconditional love and cuddles. He is a great dog with a big personality and just wants to fit in and be loved.
Dallas backstory:
Owner surrendered on 4/15/2024 at high kill shelter. He was living in a car with the homeless owner. Dallas was healthy, non aggressive and was sentenced to death just to free up space.
